- The macro-perforated film on the surface of the first layer improves site safety: anti-slip.
- Under protection, and without insulation, adhesive implementation is a traditional technique which is not authorised on type D or type A load-bearing elements with structural floor tray.
- In the case of inverted waterproofing, choosing a second slate layer saves installing a separation screen between the insulation and the waterproofing.
- Flashing can be made with STARCOAT R.
- Specific membranes exist for polystyrene insulation (MATFLEX PY and HYRENE TS PY SPF).
- Technical Application Document of the CSTB
- First layer depending on the nature of the medium and the insulation, as well as the finish.
- Reinforced versions are available in most cases (technical flat roof, accessible roof or mountain climate).
- Application/implementation according to the requirements of the site.
